SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective October 7, 2026. These terms apply to text message programs operated by Vinson Heating and Cooling LLC ("Vinson Heating & Cooling").

1. Programs

Vinson Heating & Cooling Customer Care: text messages about your service requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, estimates and invoices.

Vinson Heating & Cooling Maintenance & Offers: maintenance reminders, maintenance plan renewals and seasonal offers. Sent only to customers who separately opted in to marketing messages.

2. How you opt in

By checking the texting consent box on our service request form at the mobile number you provide, by texting us first, or by asking our team to text you. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can use our services without agreeing to receive text messages.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity (Customer Care). Maintenance & Offers messages are sent up to 4 times per month.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT and STOP ALL. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and no further texts after that. To opt back in, reply START or UNSTOP.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder (or have the account holder\'s permission) for the mobile number you provide to opt in to our text messages.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Changes and contact
